Reddam House Constantia enjoys a spacious feel spread over 32 acres. It boasts extensive facilities, including art, drama, dance and music studios, computer and science labs, a multi-purpose hall, and a library.
It also sports a magnificent cricket oval, two additional cricket fields, two rugby fields and a 400m athletics track.
Our two large swimming pools are well utilized by Preparatory and College students for swimming training and galas as well as water polo training and tournaments. A smaller, enclosed pool is used for teaching children to swim.
The five tennis courts double up as netball courts during winter terms.
The multi-purpose hall is used for indoor hockey, netball and mixed martial arts, as well as the many performing arts showcases, theatre productions and other events.
The astroturf hockey field and two additional practice facilities are well used by both Preparatory and College students for indoor and outdoor hockey throughout the year.
Students are offered a wide selection of sports administered by qualified coaches. Sporting codes include: water polo, swimming, rugby, hockey, athletics, tennis, netball, indoor hockey, cross country running, tennis, golf, basketball and cricket.
Reddam House Constantia provides a thriving and vibrant cultural offering, with specialist teachers in the fields of art, drama, dance, design and music. These cultural specialities are offered as formal subjects of study in the College from Grade 8 to Grade 12. The cultural department also oversees the annual drama productions and musicals, four dance genres: ballet, tap, hip-hop and modern, music evenings, one-act plays, a debating society, chess club, dance choreography evenings, design and art exhibitions, and various music and language eisteddfodau. The dynamic music department boasts an award-winning orchestra, a Baroque ensemble, several bands, a vocal ensemble and many students take up the opportunity to play a diverse range of musical instruments.
